Congress will intensify protests to get Punjab cabinet minister Fauja Singh Sarri sacked in corruption case. The Punjab Congress has decided to hold a protest on October 21 in Khatkar Kalan, the native village of Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Raja Vading and Bajwa said that they would give a clear message to Kejriwal and people like him not to tolerate the humiliation of martyrs like Bhagat Singh.

Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Wading and Leader of Opposition Partap Singh Bajwa said that the corruption case of cabinet minister Sarari is well known. But it is unfortunate that he remains in the cabinet of the AAP Punjab government. Whereas AAP targets its political opponents even on trivial matter.
Both the leaders said that AAP is not only shielding its corrupt ministers but also insulting the martyr by comparing leaders like accused Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain with Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Both the leaders warned that Congress would intensify the protests if action is not taken against Fauja Singh Sarri.
Raja Vading and Pratap Singh Bajwa said that the Congress party will not allow AAP to adopt double standards. He said that Congress leaders are being framed and threatened on mere rumours. But AAP is trying to save its people even when serious allegations are made.
