The police department has now taken over the responsibility of filling the potholes on the roads of the city. Because it is not visible to the officials of Municipal Corporation and NHAI. During peak hours in the morning and evening, due to the jam caused by potholes, the police have to suffer two or four times. In this sequence, the team of SHO Traffic Darpan Kumar worked to make the movement of traffic drivers more easy by filling potholes on Bata flyover.

Let us inform that due to the rain that has been happening for the last 2/3 days, there is a problem of waterlogging on the roads. The potholes on the roads are not visible due to water logging. Due to which there is a possibility of an accident. Traffic also slows down. In view of this problem, the traffic police has started a campaign to fill the potholes on the road. On Monday, while going from Bata to NIT, the potholes on the flyover were filled by the traffic police. Police spokesman Sube Singh said that on Bata flyover, ZO assistant sub-inspector Rakesh, along with his team, filled the pits with debris procured from JCB machine and tractor trolley.

NHPC Chowk was evacuated

Traffic was being disrupted on NHPC Chowk Road due to fallen trees due to rain. The traffic police present on the spot smoothed the traffic by removing the tree with the help of a crane. On the other hand, a truck on the Sector 64/65 bypass road was parked on the middle road due to the run out of oil. The ZO posted on the bypass road, with the help of a crane, removed the truck from the road and drove the traffic smoothly. .
