Action has now started on the secret report of officers who were negligent in resolving the problems of the people. Taking a very strict stand on the laxity in hearing the problems of the common people, the government has issued notices to 73 officers and summoned them.
Its scope is from the government to the tehsil and the police station. About 2 months ago on Dainik Bhaskar app, we told you about the top-10 defaulter department of Yogi government. From 2017 to 25 May 2022, 10558 complaints were not heard in 10 departments of the government. After this the government got the report prepared every month and now the notice has been issued on the same basis.

Notice to 73 officers before action
These include 10 heads of government level, five divisional commissioners, 10 DMs, VCs of five development authorities, municipal commissioners and 10 tehsils. Apart from this, three ADGs, five IGs and DIGs of police, 10 captains including Commissionerate, SSP and SP. Along with this, clarification has also been sought from 10 more police stations. If there is no satisfactory answer, action is being taken against them.

Notices have been issued to 73 officers. In the notice, two questions have been sought from everyone, referring to the data of complaints and their disposal on IGRS and CM helpline.

The reason for the notice became poor consultation
CM Yogi has expressed displeasure over the delay in hearing and redressal of complaints received on IGRS and 1076 helpline. CM Yogi had issued directions for the officers holding responsible posts in the cities. In this, complaints were asked to end the complaints at the tehsil, police station and block level itself. So that people don’t have to go astray. The satisfaction of the complainant is also important. But despite all the efforts of the CM, the officers are not showing any effect, so such laggy and poorly performing officers are on target.
