City MLA’s brother was accused of indecency; SSP took action on the complaint

In Moradabad, an inspector has been accused of indecency with Amit, brother of BJP MLA Ritesh Gupta from the city seat. The incident is being told of Mandi Chowk. Where the inspector had stopped Amit Gupta, brother of the MLA in the name of checking.
It is alleged that when Amit introduced himself as the brother of the city MLA, Inspector Harishankar Yadav got enraged. He misbehaved with Amit. On coming to know about this, the MLA’s supporters also reached the spot. Due to which a situation like uproar was created. The MLA complained about the entire incident to SSP Hemant Kutiyal. The SSP got the whole matter investigated and prima facie found the mistake of the inspector, he has been put on the line. Inspector Harishankar Yadav was posted at Galshaheed police station.

SSP’s instructions, police treated the public with respect
SSP Hemant Kutiyal has instructed all the police officers and employees that everyone’s behavior with the public should be decent. The police should be polite with the complainants coming to the police station and the outpost and immediately after listening to their complaints, definitely take steps. The SSP has given a strong message to the subordinates that misbehavior with the public in the name of vehicle checking or any other action will not be tolerated at any cost. The captain has specially instructed that the behavior of the police should be decent even with the common man.
