Chelsea are reportedly pushing to sign Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Manu Kone at the end of the campaign.
The west London giants have spent more than £600 million on new signings in the last 10 months and the spending spree is set to continue.
The Blues already have an agreement to land Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig while a new striker is expected to be signed as well.
It is now reported by Bild that the club have opened talks with Kone’s representative over a potential transfer this summer.
Paris Saint-Germain are also in the hunt for the Frenchman and a deal could depend on which club makes the best offer for him.
Monchengladbach valued their youngster at around €25 million last summer, but they are expected to demand around €40m this time.
Kone definitely has huge potential from the holding midfield role and he could be a perfect companion for Enzo Fernandez at Chelsea.
Chelsea have also been linked with West Ham United’s Declan Rice.
