Caught 4 accused of stealing tiles: Ramnagar police recovered 140 boxes of tiles worth 1 lakh 12 thousand

A complaint of theft was lodged under Ramnagar police station. While arresting four people who were stealing tiles, the police have recovered 140 boxes of tiles. The cost of tiles is 1 lakh 12 thousand rupees.

Police said that on November 2, the complainant Pushpraj Sen son Rajman Sen (34 years) resident of Amadad police station Ramnagar reported that he works under the supervision of Raju Contractor. Whose repair work is going on in the rooms of Kalri in Bartrai Colony and Jamuna Kotma area. For which the tiles of Carobit Company were placed in 554 boxes next to the transit house built in Baratarai Colony.

In the intervening night of 29-30 October, some unknown thief entered the transit house and stole 140 boxes of precious tiles kept. Police registered a report and started investigation. On November 3, the police arrested Pradeep Kewat son Kamlesh Kewat (22 years), Upendra Kewat son Kashi Kewat (25 years), Manoj Kumar Kewat son Shyamlal Kewat (22 years), Narendra Kewat son Rohit Kumar Kewat (20 years), Rajesh Kumar Kewat. Son Nemsai Kewat, age 29 years, all residents of Bartrai were taken into custody and interrogated. Those who accepted to commit the theft incident and the four accused had hidden the stolen 140 boxes of tiles in Lohari house of accused Rajesh Kumar resident of Lohari police station Marwahi district GPM Hall Bartarai. The white colored Bolero vehicle number MP 65 BB 0499 used to carry the tiles in the theft incident has been recovered and the accused have been sent to jail.
