Delhi Police has registered a case under Section 25 of the Jogindi P Arms Act.

Ahead of the MCD elections in Delhi, trouble has struck for the Aam Aadmi Party. The Delhi Police has registered a case under the Arms Act against Ward No. 19 candidate Joginder Singh. A video of Joginder had surfaced, in which he was seen dancing with a pistol in his hand.

Delhi Police itself registered the case
Sharing Joginder’s photo on Twitter handle, Delhi Police wrote – A case has been registered against a person named Joginder alias Bunty under the Arms Act. Who is also the candidate of Aam Aadmi Party from Ward-19 Swaroop Nagar in MCD elections. In this 15-second video, Joginder is wearing a yellow T-shirt and dancing with a pistol in his hand. He also has some friends with him.
