Delhi Police has registered a case under Section 25 of the Jogindi P Arms Act.
Ahead of the MCD elections in Delhi, trouble has struck for the Aam Aadmi Party. The Delhi Police has registered a case under the Arms Act against Ward No. 19 candidate Joginder Singh. A video of Joginder had surfaced, in which he was seen dancing with a pistol in his hand.
Delhi Police itself registered the case
Sharing Joginder’s photo on Twitter handle, Delhi Police wrote – A case has been registered against a person named Joginder alias Bunty under the Arms Act. Who is also the candidate of Aam Aadmi Party from Ward-19 Swaroop Nagar in MCD elections. In this 15-second video, Joginder is wearing a yellow T-shirt and dancing with a pistol in his hand. He also has some friends with him.

After this video surfaced, Delhi BJP’s media in-charge Praveen Shankar Kapoor has slammed the Aam Aadmi Party. He said- Here, meet Arvind Kejriwal’s constable Joginder Singh, who is the AAP candidate from Ward-19, doing revolver dance. You can think that if this revolver holder becomes a corporator, what kind of public service will he do?
Voting will be held on December 4
Voting for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi elections is to be held on December 4, the result will be out on December 7. The last date for filing nominations for the MCD elections was November 14. Earlier these elections were to be held in April, but due to the decision of integration of the three corporations Election delayed.
