Woman officer’s car burning
A new twist has come in the case of burning the car of a woman officer in the Civil Lines area in Meerut. The woman officer’s car continued to burn in the late evening. After being informed, the police line reached the spot and brought the fire under control. The police is involved in the investigation in the whole matter. It is being told that the documents related to the investigation of village heads were also kept in the car.

Anshu Tyagi of Shastrinagar in Nauchandi area of Meerut is the Lokpal of 6 districts of Meerut division. On Saturday, she went to check on the pradhans in different villages. During this the secretary was also with him. But, late in the evening the secretary got down on his way to his house. When the woman officer reached near the commissioner’s residence intersection of Meerut in her car, then suddenly the car caught fire. After the car caught fire, the woman officer somehow saved her life by jumping. The car kept burning for about 20 minutes. Later a fire brigade vehicle doused the fire.
