Police say that the matter is being investigated. According to the information, the incident is of Saunkh village of Magorra police station area of Mathura. The dead woman had taken such a dreadful step after having a dispute with her husband. Neeraj Devi, 35, lived with Udayveer Singh and three daughters Jyoti, Gunjan and Jiya. Neeraj had a dispute with her husband on Monday (February 13) at around 8 pm. After this everyone went to sleep. But before going to sleep, Neeraj took a dreadful step and picked up the poisonous substance and gave it to two daughters Jyoti and Gunjan.
Mother-daughter died during treatment
On being asked by the daughters, they had said that it is cough medicine. At the same time, the third daughter Jiya refused to drink the medicine. After this everyone fell asleep. After this the health of both daughters and Neeraj deteriorated, both daughters and Neeraj started vomiting in the night. Seeing the condition of all three getting worse, the relatives took them to a private hospital in Mathura. However, Neeraj and his 6-year-old daughter Gunjan died during treatment on Tuesday (February 14) at around 4 pm. At the same time, the condition of the second daughter Jyoti remains critical.
Police engaged in investigation of the case
The family members are very sad after the death of mother and daughter. Police say that after getting the information, the police had also reached the hospital. In the matter, SP Dehat Trigun Vishan says that due to a family dispute, mother-daughter died after drinking poisonous substance. The condition of the second daughter remains critical and her treatment is going on in the hospital. Police said that along with the investigation in the case, the family members are also being interrogated.
