There are 21 cases registered against him for murder, attempt to murder, robbery, dacoity, illegal possession, illegal extortion, possession of illegal arms etc. It had illegally occupied 350 yards of the place of worship in village Faridpur. Along with this, the illegal shop made by Asma Khatoon from the property acquired from illegal drug smuggling was also demolished.

Neeraj had built a house by illegally occupying the land of the village’s public place of worship. The police demolished it and returned the land back to the village.
Woman smuggler occupied MCF land
The spokesman said that in Sector 31 area, Etmadpur vegetable market, a woman named Asma Khatoon had smuggled ganja and constructed illegal shops at the site of MCF. 7 cases of drug smuggling are registered against the woman. Her two daughters Afsana and Shabana also have 2-2 cases of smuggling registered against her. The accused woman used to set up a shop in the vegetable market and used to sell drugs under its guise. MCF team has demolished that too.
