Police station in-charge Karni Singh Shaktawat said that Hemant Raj’s father Raju Lal Vaidya, aged 38 years resident of village Sarwania, used to conduct conductor on Kota Banswara roadways bus. Due to brake failure of the bus on Saturday night, the bus was parked at Ratangarh and left for Pratapgarh to deposit the day’s collection. After questioning the public, the accused brother-in-law, Rishabh, confessed to the murder of his brother. He told that he had killed the brother because of having an illicit relationship with the sister-in-law. After injuring him, he was pushed into the well, after which he had come home.
