Vidisha BJP district vice-president Vikram Raghuvanshi and his cousin Sangram Raghuvanshi have been ordered to register a case of cheating under section 120B, 420, 421, 468, 471 on the order of the court.

Both of them are accused of fraud of Rs 3 crore 55 lakh. In the order on the complaint filed in the court of Ganjbasoda First Class Judge Krishna Brar, on the application made in the court by Vikram Raghuvanshi’s uncle Kailash Raghuvanshi. A complaint of fraud of Rs 3.55 crore was filed against Vikram Raghuvanshi and Sangram Raghuvanshi on behalf of Kailash Raghuvanshi, a resident of Ganjbasoda. It has been advocated by Advocate Ashish Srivastava. To make a partner in the business, the loan document was signed. Kailash Raghuvanshi was cheated on this matter.

In this case, BJP District Vice President Vikram Raghuvanshi says that Sangram has made a mistake and he ran away. I don’t know much about this.
