Bihar Serial Kisser: The ‘serial kisser’ of Bihar has been arrested. On opposing this, the accused ran away from there. This entire incident that happened on March 10 was captured in the CCTV camera. Its video also became increasingly viral on social media. Many people complained to the police demanding his arrest. After which the police was looking for the accused and he was arrested on Monday.

The identity of the leader of the serial kisser gang, Mohd. Akram, who is a resident of Mahisaudhi. After the arrest, the police have also recovered the stolen goods from them and are interrogating all the accused in other matters. Along with this, information is also being collected about other people associated with the gang. Serial kisser gang leader accused Mohd. Akram has confessed many secrets in the police interrogation. He told that in the past also he has carried out many such incidents. In the earlier cases, women did not register the case due to fear of local law.
