Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 Update: People from every corner of the country are coming on the stage of the quiz based reality show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’ and are winning lakhs of rupees. Contestants wait for years to come to host Amitabh Bachchan’s show KBC and when they get a chance to come here, they try hard to win big money. However, many a times the contestants get dumped by such questions, due to which they have to leave the game. In the latest episode too, the contestants had to leave the game on one question.
In the last episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’, play-along contestant Gagandeep Singh sat on the hotseat. Amitabh Bachchan introduces the contestants and tells them about the rules of the game. The question-and-answer series starts and Gagandeep wins 12 lakh 50 thousand rupees. However, stuck on the question of 25 lakhs.
Question asked for Rs 25 lakh
After winning Rs 12 lakh, Amitabh Bachchan asked the next question to Contestant Gagandeep Singh, which was for Rs 25 lakh. The question was- Which team has the unique distinction of scoring the most runs in an innings and the least number of runs in an innings in Ranji Trophy?,
The options were given, A- Saurashtra, B- Mumbai, C- Hyderabad, D- Karnataka.
The correct answer is- Hyderabad.
Contestant left the game
Contestant Gagandeep is a little confused about the answer to this question. He considers either Saurashtra or Karnataka as the correct answer. However, due to lack of sure, he decided to leave the game. He didn’t even have any lifeline left. However, after quitting the game, he wins an amount of Rs 12 lakh 50 thousand. Before leaving, Big B asks him to give an approximate answer to this question. He chooses option D, while the correct answer is option C i.e. Hyderabad.
