When the father requested for amendment in the identity card and told the said employee about spoiling the future of the son, the employee started using inappropriate language. This caused an uproar. This is not the first case of employees misbehaving with the general public. Such things happen every day. District and Information Officer Munish Gupta says that this matter will be investigated. If the employee has made a mistake, then action will be taken against him.
