Lucknow Development Authority has extended the last date for registration of plots in Sector-A of its Basantkunj Yojna located on Hardoi Road. According to Additional Secretary Gyanendra Verma, now people will be able to register for the plot by purchasing the online registration book till November 12, 2022. At the same time, the last date for submission of registration amount will be November 18, 2022. There is no change in the remaining conditions for registration. Apart from this, the date of e-auction of commercial properties located in various schemes of Lucknow Development Authority has been extended. Now this e-auction will be conducted on the website https://ldaauction.procure247.com/ on 19.11.2022. Buyers willing to participate in the e-auction will be able to register up to 14.11.2022.

Gyanendra Verma said that the date has been extended for the purpose of increasing the participation in the e-auction of commercial properties. The persons willing to participate in this will have to create a login ID by visiting the website of the authority to register.

The property for which you want to participate in the auction has to be selected from the generated ID. After selecting the property, bidding can be done on the date of e-auction by depositing the amount through RTGS or net banking from your bank by creating an e-challan to deposit the amount of token money / EMD as per rules.
