Balrampur District Magistrate Dr. Mahendra Kumar did a surprise inspection of the Joint Hospital on Saturday. He expressed his displeasure at the broken wall and sunken floor of the X-ray room. Instructions were given for FIR against the working organization.
District Magistrate Dr. Mahendra Kumar visited OPD, Emergency Treatment Room, Emergency Nursing Station, Ward Room, interacted with the patient admitted in the Ward Room. The patient’s X-ray and CT scan information was taken. The admitted patient was being given oxygen from an oxygen concentrator.
DM inspected the joint hospital.
During inspection of the X-ray room, only one of the two X-ray machines was found to be operating. An X-ray machine has not been used due to wall damage due to installation work done by the executing agency. The District Magistrate expressed deep displeasure. DM directed CMS to get an FIR against the working organization.
The CT Scan Register was seen during the inspection of the CT Scan Room. How many patients were CT scanned in a day? This information was taken. It was instructed to increase the contrast of CT scan, so that the CT scan remains more visible.
During this, Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Saxena, Chief Medical Officer Dr Sushil Kumar, Chief Medical Superintendent Joint Hospital and other concerned officers staff were present.
