On Friday, near the Urban Estate on Jalandhar Road in Punjab’s Kapurthala, three masked youths attacked the car of a female counselor posted at the de-addiction center. Masked men, who came in a white numbered Alto car, attacked the woman’s car with base bats and swords. Counselor Shaminder Kaur was admitted to the hospital. When she reached near a private school a little ahead of Urban Estate, the youths in a white Alto car coming from behind stopped her by putting their car in front of her.
The attackers also broke the windows of the car.
After getting out of the car, three masked youths attacked them with baseballs and swords. In this attack, he has also suffered serious injuries on his side and his car has been damaged.
