Advocate LN Parashar, former President of Bar Association and President of Judicial Reforms Sangharsh Samiti, has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah and State Chief Minister Manohar Lal demanding implementation of Haryana Advocate Protection Act in the state.

Advocate Parashar says that in providing justice to the public, by becoming a link between the judiciary and the public, the advocates work to provide justice to them. In such a situation, sometimes they have to stand against a big criminal as well. It has been seen many times that even fatal attacks have taken place on the protesting advocates. Many senior advocates have also been murdered in other states. He said that it is very important to have an Advocate Protection Act in Haryana. He has written a letter to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gyan Prakash Gupta and State Chief Minister Manoharlal demanding implementation of the Advocates Protection Act so that lawyers fearlessly stand in court against criminals and mafias and provide justice to the people of the state.
