Kanpur Rape: A very horrifying case has come to light from Kanpur in UP. Where a girl has been gang raped. A young man met through Instagram brutally raped her. The girl was blackmailed and raped by making obscene videos. Later, the accused wrote his name on the girl’s body with a blade. Police has registered a case against eight people including Kanpur resident Vikas Thakur. At present, the accused are absconding, whose search is on.
According to the police, the girl had befriended Vikas Thakur on Instagram. Meanwhile, Vikas took the photo of the girl and made an obscene video. Through this, blackmailing had become common. The girl was afraid of him and stayed away from home. The girl had returned home a week ago. Meanwhile, the young man called and threatened that if he did not come on being called, he would make the obscene video viral.
Girl forced to drink alcohol
After this, the accused youth prepared a plan to torture the girl. Taking this, the girl came to the cafe told by him and he forced the girl to drink alcohol and raped her. After this, after putting her in the car, she was taken to a deserted place where her friends Ajay and Aman also tried to rape the girl. Meanwhile, 5 more youths came.
Case registered against eight people including Vikas Thakur
When the girl cried, everyone tried to rape her after beating her. Hearing the screams of the girl, the people around reached the spot. After which all the accused present there fled away. When the people around questioned the girl, later the family members of the girl were contacted. The family took the girl home and informed the police. Based on the complaint of the victim’s family, an FIR has been registered against eight people including Vikas Thakur. A case of rape has been registered against Vikas, attempt to rape against his friends Aman and Ajay and assault case against 5 other friends.
Bara police station in-charge Manvendra Singh said that the girl told her sister that accused Vikas had written his name on her body with a blade. There is an atmosphere of panic in the girl’s family, so at present not much information has been given about the matter. ACP Abhishek Pandey said that an FIR has been registered on the complaint of the family members. The accused is being searched.
