Adani Deal: Adani Defense Systems and Technologies Limited Adani Defense Systems and Technologies Systems (ADSTL) will acquire MRO operator Air Works for an enterprise value of Rs 400 crore. Adani Defense Systems and Technologies Limited (ADSTL) has signed definitive agreements to acquire India’s largest and highly diversified independent MRO Air Works with largest pan-India network presence in 27 cities.

Adani Defense issued a statement
The Adani Group company said in a statement that final agreements have been signed for the acquisition of Air Works. Air Works is engaged in the maintenance and repair of aircraft (MRO). According to the statement, the Air Works has developed extensive operational capabilities for major defense and aeronautical fora within the country. The company has a presence in 27 cities with six maintenance divisions. This deal will help for more advanced aircraft and systems through India’s advanced technology in the defense sector.
