Action on Lekhpal, Kanungo and Tehsildar: DM ordered for making wrong report, stopped one day salary of 12 officers

In the Tehsil Day organized in Ghatampur, DM took action against the officers.

12 district level officers did not reach even in the presence of DM on the occasion of Sampoorna Solution Day organized on Saturday. The officials had sent their representatives. Angered by this, DM Visakh ji issued instructions to deduct the salary of all the officers for one day. Called for all clarifications.

Officer missing in presence of DM
According to the roster, the DM had reached Ghatampur tehsil to listen to the grievances of the people during the resolution day. On checking the presence of the officers present in the resolution day, it was found that 12 officers had not come. On this, the DM issued a notice to everyone.

Reported without going on the spot
At the same time, on behalf of the accountants of Kirov village, without going on the spot, wrong report was made. Kannugo had also submitted its report on this. On this, the DM ordered both the concerned Lekhpal and Kanungo to give an adverse entry. DM summoned a report from Ghatampur Tehsildar in the matter.

At the same time, the DM directed the officers that all the complaints received should be disposed of immediately and a report should be sent. During the resolution day, SP Outer Tej Swaroop Singh, SDM Amit Kumar Agrahari, CMO Dr. Alok Ranjan were present.
