Two people died in two accidents in Varanasi today. In Sanjay Nagar Colony, a bullet rider fired a bullet at a walking fruit vendor Sonu Sonkar (35). Sonu fell there and kept on suffering. During this, the people around took Sonu to the hospital, then the doctors declared him dead. At the same time, the person driving the bullet was caught by the people and handed over to the Jaitpura police.

Sonu Sonkar used to sell fruits in Chowkaghat area of Varanasi. This morning he went to school with his children. While coming home on foot, the bullet rider hit so hard that Sonu fell there screaming. Sonu’s father Raghu Sonkar wept and told that he has three small children. Who will take care of them?
A collision occurred while taking two daughters home
The second accident happened on the highway in front of Ramana (Harsevanand School) of Lanka police station area. The father, who was riding a bike with his two daughters, died in an unidentified vehicle collision. At the same time, both the daughters are undergoing treatment at BHU Trauma Centre. The name of the person who died is Nandlal alias Nandu Patel. He was a resident of Dehiya locality of Ramnagar.

Nandlal was taking his two daughters from Rohaniya’s Akhri to his home on a motorcycle. As soon as he reached near Ramna, the unknown vehicle coming in front of speed hit him hard. Nandlal’s two daughters Rakhi (13) and Priya (10) have been seriously injured. Outpost in-charge Ramna Amit Kumar Rai, who reached the spot, has got him admitted in Trauma, where he is undergoing treatment.
