At the same time the passenger train from Prayagraj to Jhansi was passing through the same crossing. The engine driver’s eyes fell on the red flag from afar. He stopped the train by applying the emergency brake and averted a major accident. Not only this, the engine driver and staff of the train woke up the sleeping gate man in the crossing and opened the gate, then the train could leave for Jhansi. This whole matter has been caught on camera. The gateman has been suspended for this negligence.

There is a red flag at the railway crossing. The passenger train going from Prayagraj to Jhansi has been parked in the tracks midway. The railway engineer, while giving a roundly reply, said that this is negligence, due to which the gateman was suspended and the matter is also being investigated.
At around 2 pm on Wednesday, the Prayagraj to Jhansi passenger train was passing through gate number 418 Ladpur on the Jhansi-Manikpur railway line in Mahoba district. Then Dharamveer, the gateman of Ladpur railway crossing, had closed the railway gate and slept after closing the red flag in the railway line. When the driver of a speeding train suddenly caught sight of the red flag between the railway tracks, he stopped the train by applying emergency brake and saved the life of the train passengers by saving a major accident.

But despite that, he was not worried about it.
Railways is investigating the whole matter
When the engine driver of the passenger train going from Prayagraj to Jhansi saw the red flag and the gate closed, he immediately blew the horn several times but did not see the gate opening, he showed understanding and stopped the train there. After this, the staff who got off the train went to the spot and saw that the gateman Dharamveer, who was on duty, was sleeping. The information of the careless gateman was sent to the officials of the control message. Immediately after getting the information of the engine driver and guard, the officers swung into action. Regarding the whole matter, the Assistant Divisional Engineer of North Central Railway has also inspected the spot. Regarding the careless gateman, Assistant Divisional Engineer Devendra Kumar says that the gateman has been suspended and the whole matter is being investigated.
