A pet dog bites an innocent child in the lift of a society in Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad. The child kept crying in the lift, groaning in pain, but the dog did not break the mistress’s heart. Nandgram police station has started further action by registering a case in this matter. On the other hand, after this episode, the residents have demanded that the carrying of pet dogs in the lift should be stopped.
The woman had entered the lift with a dog
The incident took place in the lift of Charms Castle Society in Rajnagar Extension at around 6 pm on Monday. A 9-year-old boy studies in class IV and returned after studying tuition on Monday evening. He boarded the lift to reach the flat. Meanwhile, a woman took her pet dog and entered the lift and stood behind. To escape from the dog, the child comes towards the gate in the lift. During this, the dog bites him in the thigh.
It is seen in the CCTV of the lift that the dog bit the child and yet his mistress stood silently.

Due to the dog attack, the child has such severe pain that he cannot even keep his foot on the ground. The child keeps on moaning in pain and keeps on rubbing the bite area with his hand. But the woman stands silently. He didn’t even try to relieve the child’s pain. As the woman exits the lift on her floor, the dog once more tries to bite the child but this time he survives.
Case registered against unknown woman
The mother of the child, Jayankara Rao, has filed a case against the unknown woman under IPC section 289 in the police station Nandgram. According to Rao, “When I was standing on the ground floor, the son came and told me the whole incident. At that time the woman was taking her dog to the bathroom in the basement. On being asked, the said woman neither gave her name nor flat number. Later on knowing from the security guard, it came to know that this woman B-506 lives in Charms Castle.” On the other hand, CO Alok Dubey said, a video of Charms Castle Society has gone viral. On the basis of Tahrir, further action is being taken by registering the case.
