8 years ago brother was cut into pieces and thrown in bags, now arrested


Bengaluru Crime News: Eight years ago, a horrific incident came to light in South Bengaluru, Karnataka. Years ago, the people there were surprised when the severed body parts of a young man were found. The police had told that his organs were thrown in different places after filling them in bags. In which the head of the deceased could not be found.

However, the police did not give up in solving the mystery of this murder. As a result, the police claimed on Saturday (March 18) that they had solved the case and arrested two people. When the police told that he was murdered by his real sister. After which this news has spread sensation in the whole city.

Sister and her lover had murdered

An officer told the police that both the accused have been identified as Bhagyashree and her live-in partner Shivputra. Also, the name of the killed youth is Lingaraju Siddappa Pujari, who was a resident of Vijayapura district. The shocking thing is that Lingaraju was allegedly killed by his own sister. He further said that both the accused Bhagyashree and Shivputra were friends since college days in Vijayapura district. But he was afraid of opposition from the family regarding his relationship. After which he moved to Bangalore in 2015. They lived together in a rented house at Vaderamanchanahalli near Jigani in South Bengaluru. Police said that they used to work in the nearby Jigani industrial area.

Police said that the problem increased for them when Bhagyashree’s brother Lingaraju came to her house. Where he came to know about his sister’s love affair with Shivputra. After which Lingaraju objected to this relation and a fight and scuffle started between the two brothers and sisters. After which Shivputra also came in this scuffle and started killing Lingaraju. Meanwhile, both of them beat him to death.

Police told that after this both of them cut his body into pieces. He packed his dead body in different bags. After which he had thrown the dead body at many places to hide it. A bag full of his hands was left near a meat stall. The other bag was thrown into a nearby lake. Police said that they received information that both were living in Nashik, Maharashtra by creating new identities. Based on the information, the police arrested both of them and brought them to Bengaluru. The accused is being interrogated.
