At the same time, 317 patients have also become healthy. 27 patients are being treated in different hospitals of the state to prevent corona, while other patients are getting their treatment done at home. On Tuesday, two patients also lost their lives due to corona. An 81-year-old woman died in Kullu and a 100-year-old man in Una. The total figure of patients who lost their lives due to corona in the state has reached 4 thousand 206.
Amid increasing cases of corona infection in Himachal Pradesh, the state government has also instructed the health department to increase testing. The effect of this is that on Tuesday (April 11), the Health Department reached 6 thousand 106 tests. Earlier, testing was being done up to around five thousand. The positivity rate of corona infection has also reached seven percent in the state. Earlier on Monday, 422 cases of corona were reported in Himachal Pradesh.
NHM did corona mock drill
On the instructions of the Central Government, today a mock drill was conducted in Himachal Pradesh to check the preparations for Corona. Under this mock drill, the system was tested to fight against Corona. This mock drill was done by the team of National Health Mission. In the drill, the availability of medicines along with the oxygen plant and arrangements for the movement of patients were checked.
No mask entry in hospitals
Amidst the increasing infection of Corona in Himachal Pradesh, the government administration has appealed to the people to strictly follow the rules. At present, entry without mask has been banned in all the hospitals of the state. The state government is not considering strict restrictions to prevent corona, but if the cases continue to increase in the future, then the government will have to think about it.
