In Amritsar, Punjab, four shooters of the Happy Jatt Group, an opponent of the Jaggu Bhagwanpuria gang, were apprehended by the Rural Police. Out of the four arrested accused, three were caught by the police with planning, while one surrendered himself in the court in fear.
Police have also recovered four pistols from all four. Initial investigation revealed that the accused were planning to kill two members of Jaggu gang.
SSP Swapan Sharma of Amritsar Rural Police said that the Crime Branch teams had received information about the accused. After which Prabhjit Singh alias Prabha, Gurdeep Singh alias Geeta were first arrested from village Jandia and Pritpal Singh alias Pappu from Verowal after raiding.
Fearing the arrests, Jandiala Guru resident Manni alias Dudi surrendered in the court. Police said that 32 bore and one to 30 bore pistol have been recovered from the accused.
16 criminal cases registered against the accused
SSP Rural said that a total of 18 cases are registered against the Happy Jatt gang in different police stations of Punjab. In which there are three murder cases. Other cases related to extortion, robbery etc. During interrogation, the accused informed that the accused were planning to kill two associates of Jaggu Bhagwanpuria, but before that they got caught by the police.

Weapons came from MP
Police informed that these weapons were delivered to the accused from Indore in Madhya Pradesh. Police has traced the accused who brought the consignment of weapons to Punjab, soon the accused will also be caught.
