Four people have been arrested for beating Dharmendra to death in village Bareva of Chunar police station area of Mirzapur. The body was found on the side of the road between Bareva and Jamalpur on Tuesday morning. Who was identified as Dharmendra, a resident of Raipuria. The Tahrir of the deceased’s father, W tribal son Sitaram Adivasi, was given in the police station Chunar. A case was registered against 5 people including Mannu Sonkar.
Taking the incident of murder seriously, Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Mishra had directed Inspector-in-Charge Chunar to arrest the accused involved in the incident.

The Chunar police force succeeded in arresting the four named accused Mannu, Sanjay, Narayan and Ramu Sonkar from police station Chunar area. Legal action is being taken as per rules. The arrested accused told that Dharmendra along with his other two accomplices was entering Mannu Sonkar’s house with the intention of theft. Then Mannu Sonkar and his family came to know. The people of the house made noise and ran all three. Dharmendra was caught while two of his accomplices fled the spot. Dharmendra was assaulted by Mannu Sonkar and his family members. Due to which Dharmendra died. Which was thrown in the bush on the side of the road in critical condition.
The accused, who were caught by the police, include Mannu Sonkar, son of Late Bechan Sonkar, Sanjay Sonkar son Khannu Sonkar, Narayan alias Rajesh Sonkar son Khannu Sonkar, and Ramu Sonkar son Khannu Sonkar, resident of Bareva village. The arresting police team was led by Chunar police station in-charge Triveni Lal Sen.
