18 children won the tourism quiz: 9 children were winners and 9 children were runners-up, a competition aimed at raising awareness about tourism

On Saturday, on the instructions of the Tourism Department, District President, Tourism and Culture Council, Niwari organized a tourism quiz in Niwari. 9 winners in the quiz competition, while 9 children were runners-up. A total of 20 spectators out of the audience present in the program were also given shields for giving correct answers.

Organized a quiz competition under the guidance of Niwari Collector Tarun Bhatnagar and Deputy Collector In-charge Officer, District Archaeological Tourism and Culture Council Megha Tiwari. Program in-charge Megha Tiwari, assistant in-charge Piyush Vajpayee and quiz master Anjani Chaturvedi were made. A total of 74 schools had registered for the programme, out of which students from 66 schools appeared.

Those who participated in the written examination. After the written test, 6 teams were selected, which reached the multimedia audio visual round. There were total 8 rounds in the audio-visual round. After the completion of these rounds, 3 winners and 3 runner-up teams were announced. A total of 18 students were selected in this.

During this, there was a program of questions for the audience in which everyone participated. Shield was given as a gift to the 20 spectators present in the program for giving correct answers. This gave a great experience to the participants as well as the audience present there.

Certificates given to participants

Deputy Collector Megha Tiwari from Tourism Department Piyush Vajpayee, Public Service Manager Nitesh Jain and DATCC employee Nitin Ghosh did this program. Through the event, the awareness about tourism increased among the children and also got a lot of information about their state.

Chief guest of the program SK Ahirwar ADM Niwari, special guest Rakesh Markam SDM and tourism representative HS Dandotia Manager Betwa Retreat were present. School Education Department’s teacher and District Education Officer Shailendra Nikhara were also present in the event. The stage was moderated by VK Purohit. All the participants of the quiz were awarded with certificates.
