Police in Delhi has solved a case of kidnapping after almost a month. This case pertains to Neb Sarai police station area of Delhi, where a 15-year-old girl was kidnapped. After the complaint, when the police station could not find the girl, the responsibility was handed over to the special staff of the South District. After this, the girl was traced and found within about 30 hours. When the police interrogated the girl, everyone was shocked. She told that for the last several days she was being forced into prostitution.

The police have also added sections of POSCO Act, Rape, Immoral Trafficking Act (Prostitution) in this case.
5 accused were arrested
DCP Chandan Chowdhary of South District said that Sonu (32) resident of Krishna Park, Babu Miyan (50) resident of Shiv Park Khanpur, Anand Kumar Jain (58) resident of Sangam Vihar have been arrested in this case. Along with this, two minors have also been arrested. Right now the police is also looking for some women and other accused in this case.

DCP Chandan Chaudhary told that a woman resident of Sangam Vihar had given a complaint to the police, in which it was told that her 15-year-old granddaughter was missing since around 10.30 am on February 13. Based on the complaint, a case of kidnapping was registered at Nebsarai police station. But the police station could not find any clue of the teenager. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the special staff was assigned to investigate the matter on 16 March.
Inspector Atul Tyagi’s team, with the help of ground intelligence and technical surveillance, rescued the kidnapped girl in Nayi Basti, Deoli village area on March 17 within just 30 hours. Later this girl was handed over to the investigating officer of Nebsarai police station. The teenager gave information about the crime she committed during counseling, after which IPC sections 323, 342, 370, 376, 506, 509, 34 and 6/17 POCSO Act, 5/6/ITP were registered in this case of kidnapping. The sections of the Act (Prostitution) etc. were also included. The girl has been presented before the Child Welfare Committee and sent to a center named Sakhi. Police investigation in the case is still going on.
The DCP said that it has also been found in the investigation that the teenager was scolded by her maternal grandmother, because she used to be more busy on mobile. The angry girl ran out of the house crying. On the way he met a teenager, who trapped the girl in talks. He told the girl that you come to my house, you can stay there as long as you want. The girl went to his house. There was also a woman named Suman and two girls. The girl felt like a family atmosphere. Then that teenager had a relationship with the teenager and she was pushed into prostitution.

In this case, the grandmother of the victim girl has told that not only was wrong done with her granddaughter, but her hair was also cut, so that she could not get out of the prison where she was kept hostage. Not only this, he was beaten with belts. He used to have sex with her everyday. The grandmother of the teenager also told that the victim minor girl is a student of class VIII in a government school.
According to the victim’s grandmother, initially the local police did not help her. On coming to know from somewhere, she reached a police inspector, who listened to her whole story and found the girl within a few hours.
